GREENLAND, MICH. — A mystery mineral has turned up in the depths of a historic Copper Country mine.
The mineral was found in the recently recovered third subterranean level of the Adventure Mine, a turn-of-the-last-century western Upper Peninsula copper mine that now hosts seasonal underground mine tours.
